Grandma Elva’s Pumpkin Pie

Makes 2 large or 3 small pies

1 large can pumpkin
1 ½ cups brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. cloves
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. ginger
2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup milk

Mix all ingredients well, pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then at 375 for 45 minutes.

I made three this weekend! Delicious! And much easier than I thought. Of course, I have not enough counter space to make my own crusts...
