Hawaiian Pork Chops
1 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. ginger
Mix all together and use as a marinade for pork chops. Refrigerate chops and marinate for 4 to 24 hours. Grill meat until well done. Discard marinade.
