This recipe comes from Harry's Roadhouse Cookbook.
3 tbl. lemon juice
1/2 tbl. chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tbl. fresh tarragon
2 tbl. fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1 tbl. fresh chopped mint
1 tbl. lemon balm
1/2 tbl. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Combine all ingredients and puree in a blender. Serve on the salad of your choice.
