This recipe comes from Harry's Roadhouse Cookbook.
8 ounces tahini
2 tbl. soy sauce
1 tsp. sambal sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 cup water
1 - 1/2 tbl. sesame oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. If it is too thick, add a little more water to get the proper consistency. Serve on the salad of your choice.
