Oma's Shrimp Cocktail

Oma* has a way with shrimp. Opa** has a way with "Happy Hour," which was always observed at their house when I was a guest.

Best of all, Happy Hour always happened when we were all camping together in the Canadian wilderness. It helped us all get over the inevitable crankiness that arose when Opa was parking the trailer and Oma was giving the hand signals to guide him in backing up.

This is the best and easiest shrimp cocktail you will ever have.

Ingredients:

1. Lots of fresh shrimp
2. Sauce: Bottled chili sauce (the kind that looks like catsup), mixed with a LOT of sherry. Don't hold back, because the sauce is meant to have quite a kick
3. Lemon wedges to garnish

That's all there is to it.

*Oma is Ben's Dutch grandmother
**Opa is Ben's Dutch grandfather
