Hot and Cold Sesame Noodles

This is fast, easy, and delicious. Serve with a quick salad for a low-maintenance cooking night.

--1/2 lb. Chow Mein Noodles, cooked al dente then rinsed with cold water
--1/4 cup Tamari Dark Soy Sauce
--1/4 cup Smooth Peanut Butter, at room temperature
--2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
--1 tbsp Dark Sesame Oil
--2 tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
--3 Scallions, chopped at an angle

In the bottom of a large bowl, whisk the soy sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, sesame oil and hot sauce. Add the noodles and scallions and toss until coated.
