Yogurt and Orange Juice Drink

This is hardly a "recipe." I don't even know what to name it. I don't even call it a "smoothie" because it doesn't have banana or any other fruit in it. Just orange juice and yogurt.

My mom used to serve this with her wonderful weekend breakfasts. It's so refreshing... slightly tart... a great way to start the day. Mom, please forgive me for posting this before you, but it's Monday morning and this recipe is a great way to start the week.

--1 1/2 cups orange juice
--1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Blend OJ and yogurt in a blender. Drink while it's still really cold.

(I just made up those measurements, by the way. Adjust as necessary)

There are a million ways to vary this drink. You can add that banana; or you can toss in a handful of fresh or frozen berries--raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries, for example.

I've certainly tried many a combination of blended fruits and juices, but for some reason I love the simplicity of this one.
